This are custom made jeans hence no returns are taken, as each jeans we make are unique crafted and made to order as per your given measurements and preference selected.
There would be only Free Remake possible in valid cases where jeans we made are significantly differ as per given measurements and selected fit adjustments.
For raising remake request customer needs to respond in 12 days of receiving the jeans, if customer fails to respond in 12 days of receiving jeans, customjeans.io is relieved from any liabilities.
while raising the request, customer needs to provide proper information on where jeans is not fitting correctly and share photos of them wearing jeans front and side pose.
photos of customer wearing jeans are must for raising remake request, as without photos it will not be considered valid for remake.

Body Measurement
The most classic way to take measurement. You can simply measure your body with the help of our guideline, for that perfect fit. Very important to measure your body accurately – please do not make any additions or deductions to your body measurement while specifying here. Based on the fit selected (comfort, skinny, bootcut, etc) designer will make appropriate changes to the measurement to give the perfect fit. If you need to provide any specification with respect to your measurement (for example you want your actual jeans bottom, or thighs or hips to be of a particular size) provide it in additional instruction column.
- 1. Take a loose measuring tape – it could be cloth or plastic but a tape which is flexible and not carpenter tape.
- 2. Be careful to measure using the beginning of the tape and keep it firm.
- 3. Wear fitted clothing for taking the measurements – such as tights, cycling shorts, leggings, jeggings.
- 4. Measure your body accurately – do not make any additions or deductions to your body measurement while specifying here. Based on the fit selected (comfort, skinny, bootcut, etc) designer will make appropriate changes to the measurement to give the perfect fit.
- 5. If you need to provide any specification with respect to your measurement (for example you want your actual jeans bottom, or thighs or hips to be of a particular size only) provide it in additional instruction column.
- 6. It will save you time if you note the measurements on a piece of paper first and then fill it all together. This is important as in case the details are lost while feeding on the site, you still till have them on paper.
- 7. A friend or relative may also help you take your body measurement.
- 8. Do not provide any measurement from any label size of any of your garment.
Once you place the order we will check all your measurements and see if they are in proportion before making your jeans. We will contact you if we need to reconfirm the measurements.
Garment Measurement
Garment measurement is the easiest and most commonly used for providing measurement. The advantage is you can measure your well fitted jeans and modify the measurements if you wish to give it a much better fit. Follow simple guidelines to provide your jeans measurement.
- 1. Take a loose measuring tape either in inches or cm
- 2. Be careful to measure using the beginning of the tape and keep it firm.
- 3. Measure your jeans laying flat on a table – close the zip and button.
- 4. Take a piece of paper and pen to note down the measurement.
- 5. You can modify the measurements for a better fit.
- 6. Please do not provide the label size of the jeans for any of the measurements.
Once you place the order we will check all your measurements and see if they are in proportion before making your jeans.
